'We have joined ALPSP for a number of reasons. The most significant is the opportunity to have closer collective contacts with our fellow learned society publishers. We all face common problems and ALPSP provides a forum for discussion of possible solutions.'
Martin Blume, American Physical Society

'We joined ALPSP in order to join a network of like-minded specialist not-for-profit publishers. In these revolutionary times it is important to be able to benefit from the experience of others struggling to understand and cope with the new dynamics in learned publishing.'
Toby Green, Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development

'We value our membership of ALPSP not only for the journal, which is an important source of information on all aspects of journal publishing, but also for access to networks of colleagues in similar businesses.'
Sally Hardy, Regional Studies Association

'At this moment of turmoil in publishing learned society journals, membership gives us reassurance .... that we are aware of what is going on, of forward thinking, of mutual assessment of potential change... that we are not alone.'
Fred Andrews, Nutrition Society

The ALJC is managed in partnership with Swets, one of the world's leading subscription services company. In In 2010 it will consist of 824 titles from 48 publishers with nine discipline-specific subsets available in Archaeology & History, Law, Life Sciences, Linguistics & Arts, Medicine, Religion & Philosophy, Science, Social Sciences and Technology.

ALPSP eBooks Collection (in partnership with Ingram Digital)

Newly launched in 2008 this service is designed specifically for small and medium sized publisher members of ALPSP. The ALPSP eBooks Collection (AeBC) enables publisher members to add eBooks to a complete collection and a range of subject sub-collections so that they can be sold together as a significant group of titles to academic libraries worldwide.
