Janet Dean




A graduate in chemistry from the University of Nottingham, Janet joined the Royal Society of Chemistry in 1981 and has held several editorial positions there including Editor for two of the RSC's leading journals, which are now published weekly. Currently a publisher, Janet now has management and editorial development responsibility for a portfolio of eight of the RSC's journals and is publisher for the magazine supplement Chemical Science. She has experience of launching new journals both for the RSC and for other learned societies.
